Burn your used oil year-round to produce free hot water and eliminate your disposal liability.
Whether you need hot water for vehicle washing, radiant in-floor heating, space heating or snow/ice melting, the unique design of Clean Burn’s Coil Tube Boiler puts you in control of your used oil and the high costs of producing hot water.
The new Coil Tube Boileravailable in 200,000 and 350,000 BTU modelsfeatures and exclusive steel coil tube that provides outstanding heat transfer and hot water output while trimming overall unit weight and size. The UL-listed boiler complies with EPA guidelines regulating the on-site burning of used oil. It heats water fast and efficiently as it recycles your used crankcase transmission and hydraulic oilssaving you high energy costs and eliminating your cradle-to-grave disposal liability.
Steel coil design is an industry first.
The ASME-stamped coil of 68 square feet of heating surface per coil provides maximum heat transfer and efficient heat output. A three-pass heat exchanger surrounds the steel coil tube, forcing flue gases to travel back and forth over and around the coil for outstanding heat transfer efficiency.
A large combustion chamber and advanced ceramic target optimize combustion. The size of the combustion chamber also provides an important maintenance benefit. It doubles the operation time between routine cleanings. In some applications, you’ll only have to clean the boiler once a year.
Fast heating, plentiful hot water. A low-mass water design produces quick start-up time and reduces stack losses during non-run time. The 30-gallon buffer tank, available on the 350,000 BTU model, prevents short cycling of the burner and buffers cold return water. System heat loss is reduced for optimum hot water production.
Advanced burner technology. The CB-550 burner regulates pre-heated oil and air for maximum flame control and combustion. A Carlin primary control with auto-restart ensures safe, reliable ignition and provides the opportunity for a shutdown alarm hook-up.
Easy to install. Weighing 40% less than comparable BTU case iron boilers, the Coil Tube Boilers are lightweight pre-plumbed and pre-wired hot water systems. The narrow cabinet fits through a 36-inch-wide opening for easy installation.
Open the “Swing-out” door to access the large combustion chamber and heat exchanger area. Each steel coil features 68 square feet of surface area for maximum heat transfer efficiency.
